1999 - 2005 In loving memory of our dear friend Zorro. Zorro came to us as a two and a half year old
wild colt, foaled in the US on the plains but never had human
contact until his 2 year old year. With lots of daily zebra communication, Zorro chose to become our friend.
Our dear Zorro was lost in 2005 - we remember you, sweet boy, every day...wish you were here.

Spots 'N Stripes Zach - 1981 Grant's Stallion
Zach is now 25 years old, and, as you can readily see, is an amazing animal with straight legs, square conformation and a beautiful head and neck. Zach has sired of many of our wonderful zebra foals over the years, and has sired all eight of Zephie's awesome foals.
Spots 'N Stripes Zandar - 1998 Grant's Stallion
Zandar has excellent conformation and temperament. He has a kinship group consisting of carefully chosen, compatable mares. We look forward to Zandar's '07 babies.
Spots 'N Stripes Zanadu - 2001 Grant's Stallion
Zanadu is a big, solid boy with a great wither. He is straight, big bodied, and very sensible. His mares have been thoughtfully handpicked to compliment him. We look forward to several 2007 foals by this awesome young stallion.
Spots 'N Stripes Mickey Z - IZZZA Reg'd
Grevy's Zebra Stallion
Mickey Z is a stunning young Grevy's stallion and we look forward to his first foals. He is straight, true, and extremely intelligent. In 2007 we will be collecting from Mickey, and freezing the semen of this beautiful endangered zebra to help preserve the species for generations to come. Mickey, of course, is IZZZA registered. We look forward to future foals with Spots 'N Stripes Ziffany, who will also be old enough to breed in 2007.
