For those staying at the Ramona Valley Inn who would like transportation (no cabs or buses or car rentals in Ramona) please call the Ranch when you arrive in town so that we know you have arrived and will need to make arrangements to pick you up on the day of the clinic. 760-789-8908 or 858-335-3488. WAIVER OF LIABILITY TO NANCY NUNKE, DAVID NUNKE, SPOTS 'N STRIPES RANCH - I hereby waive any right to legal action, compensation of any kind, weather for medical care or any other compensation because of any injury received on the Ranch in any manner whatsoever, whether by animal or any other injury or for any other reason.
I understand that zebras and all equines are inherently dangerous and I take this clinic upon myself, of my own free will, and will provide my own health insurance or finance my own medical care, and shall not seek remuneration of any kind from the Ranch should I become injured or ill or for any other reason. Clothing - Sunscreen! Sunscreen! Sunscreen! You may want to bring jeans, t-shirts, HAT, and light shirts to cover your arms - please plan on covering up or you could be sunburned. Since the October weather can be a little unpredictable, please bring layers of warm clothing as well. You must have a good boot, steel toed preferred, but your choice, if you are planning on handling any animals, as your feet may get stepped on, among other things, if you are not careful. Paddock boots or sneakers will work well the rest of the time. Bring a warm jacket for evenings. Bring one of those little packaged rain coats just in case it rains.
Once you have registered for the clinic we will email you the directions to the Ranch.
